Responsible for implementing the smooth functioning of Product Finance reporting and controls across all banking products, including but not limited to Financial Markets, Transaction Banking and Corporate and Institutional Lending in accordance with policy guidelines.
Processes
- As part of the team, play an instrumental role in building a robust Product Finance function within SCB AG
- Daily run of the market conformity control required per Ma Risk regulations for SCB AG

The role contributes to the design, configuration, and deployment of automation solutions using RPA technologies to automate clients’ processes.
The role is an entry-level position within EXP+ and provides a platform for a career in an expanding technology sector which can develop towards a wide variety of disciplines and technologies.
Responsibilities
- To become an automation expert
- The capture and mapping of existing work processes (or the mapping of proposed new processes) through engagement with client stakeholders and SMEs
- The collation and analysis of client data and metrics to support the production of potential automation benefits
- The production of collateral demonstrating proposed (and creative) automation designs through mapping and other established documentation
- Contributing to the redesign of existing client processes to produce efficient and supportable automation solutions variant through iterative dialogue and review
- The production of supporting documentation for an automation initiative (target operating models, proposed implementation plans)
- The configuration and development of automated processes using one of a defined set of RPA technologies
- Responsible for ensuring all code produces aligns with documented delivery models and build standards
- The ownership of a testing role to ensure all code is rigorously examined through a defined sequence of tests both independently and as part of a client testing programme.
- Support the deployment, ramp up and transition of processes deployed into an active live environment as prescribed in a clear project plan
- Support the EXP+ sales and presales functions by helping to develop proposals for new work and through the strong development of relationships with existing clients
Skills and Experience
- Good communication and people skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to different audiences within an organisation, and effectively engage with stakeholders ranging from subject matter experts to senior functional leads
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment
- Algorithm-thinking ability – in other words, take complex problems, break them down and algorithmically create solutions for them
- Strong documentation ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- This role is open to graduates and doesn’t, therefore, require any previous experience in the RPA sector
- Proficiency in at least one computer language, preferably object-orientated
- Ambitious and willing to work hard to succeed
