Responsibilities:
- Create inward and outward documents
- Perform first round of condition check of goods on their arrival and the last check before shipping
- Regular data entry on the organization's internal database
- Prepare and update Excel sheets and Word documents as per the team’s requirements
- Prepare consignment agreements as per the team’s requirements
- Assist with stock inventory, which includes handling jewelry, instruments, forms, and any props used
- Assist with maintaining and updating paper records and liaise across locations
- Maintain the library for the department’s books
- Assist in photoshoots
- Assist in the process of cataloguing inventory for print/online auction catalogue
- Assist in post-auction shipment related processes and checks

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline is a must
- Previous jewelry experience is preferred – relevant work experience of 1 to 3 years
- GIA certification is preferred (AJP, Graduate Diamonds)

- Should be a team player with the ability to priorities and complete tasks within agreed-upon deadlines
