Audits, monitors and coordinates data source, reviews for accuracy, completeness and inputs changes to ensure compliance with payroll processing guidelines.

Researches, documents, and responds to questions and issues from payroll specialists and supervisors related Direct Deposit compliance ensuring timely feedback.

Reviews, researches and assists other departments with reconciliation of Direct Deposit audit discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position's function.

Job Description:

Maintains complex data entry in several systems by entering new and updated customer and account information. No external customer contact, internal request clarification only. Strong typing skills and some experience with Excel is required. Applicant must possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to balance support of new initiatives as well as repetitive day to day tasks without sacrificing quality. Must work well independently and actively engage in team discussions, providing feedback when applicable.

  • Oracle - Service Contracts experience preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Collaboratively manage turnaround time with team members.
