Maintains complex data entry in several systems by entering new and updated customer and account information. No external customer contact, internal request clarification only. Strong typing skills and some experience with Excel is required. - Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; terminating files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing output in test environment.
