· Ensure timely collection of data from schools through Areas for all Faculty awards so that all awards can be timely processed before the Teacher award ceremonies
· To support the Regional Coordinator, who is responsible for the planning of Teacher award ceremonies, in the planning of Teacher award ceremonies across the Region
· To assist Principals with training for carrying out independent outreach for quality local Teachers and ensure CV bank is being maintained within schools.
Others:
· Preparations of Different monthly & quarterly school staff allowances reports & getting approval from RM & REM for issuance of these allowances i.e. (Attendance, Multi-Unit Allowance, Summer & Winter Camp Allowances)
· Review pending issues thrice a week
